Beryl Oldham has long been a fan of Jim & Dana Robinson, principal authors of the excellent Performance Consulting: A Strategic Process to Improve, Measure, and Sustain Organizational Results, 3rd ed. They collaborated on this book with Dick Handshaw and Drs Jack & Patti Phillips of the ROI Institute, with whom Beryl is a partner.

It’s not “rocket science” but many practitioners fail to do needs assessment and needs analysis well. Beryl will explain the difference between the two and walk people through the Robinsons’ performance consulting process.
